- How do I reset my password?
- Hubbi uses passwordless authentication via magic links. Simply enter your email on the login page and check your inbox for a sign-in link.
- How do I invite a family member?
- Go to your family page and click "Invite Member". Enter their email address and select their role (admin, caregiver, or viewer).
- How do I grant a doctor access?
- Navigate to the Doctors section and click "Invite Doctor". Enter their details and select which patient records they should access.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. Contact us at privacy@hubbihealth.com to request a data export. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format within 30 days.
- How do I delete my account?
- You can delete your account from Settings. All your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Contact privacy@hubbihealth.com if you need assistance.
