A medication tracker
the whole family can use.
Schedules, dose reminders, refill alerts, and a missed-dose log — shared across every sibling, spouse, and aide caring for your parent.
Free for families · No card required
What you get
Built for shared caregiving, not solo use
Most medication apps assume one person is in charge. Hubbi assumes a family is.
Shared schedules
Every caregiver sees the same medication list, doses, and times. No more guessing if the morning pills were given.
Dose reminders
Push and SMS reminders by patient and time. Mark as taken, missed, or skipped in one tap.
Refill alerts
Hubbi watches the supply count and pings before the bottle runs out — not the morning of.
Missed-dose log
A full history of what was taken, when, and by whom. Shareable with the doctor at the next visit.
Multiple patients
Track medications for both parents, an aunt, and yourself — all from one family workspace.
Doctor-ready exports
Generate a clean medication list before appointments so the conversation starts from facts.
How it works
Three steps to a shared schedule
- 1
Add the medication
Name, dose, schedule, supply count. We auto-suggest from a built-in medication library.
- 2
Invite the caregivers
Siblings, a spouse, a paid aide — each with the role you choose (admin, caregiver, viewer).
- 3
Log every dose
Tap as you give the pill. The rest of the family sees it instantly. Missed doses surface to whoever is on duty.
Common questions
Medication tracking, answered
- Is the medication tracker free?
- Yes. The core medication tracking, reminders, and refill alerts are free for families. There is no card required to start.
- Can multiple caregivers log doses for the same parent?
- Yes. That is the point. Hubbi was built for siblings, spouses, and hired aides to share a single medication record. Every dose is timestamped and attributed to the caregiver who logged it.
- Does Hubbi send refill reminders before the bottle is empty?
- Yes. You enter the supply count when adding the medication, and Hubbi notifies the family a few days before it runs out so there is time to refill.
- Can I export the medication list for my parent’s doctor?
- Yes. You can generate a clean, current medication list to bring or send to the doctor. Many families use this before annual physicals or when changing providers.
- Is medication data private?
- Yes. Health data is encrypted at rest and in motion, and row-level security at the database means only the family members you invite can see your data. Hubbi does not sell or share health data.
- Does it work for tracking medications for a parent with dementia?
- Yes. Many Hubbi families coordinate care for a parent with dementia, where multiple caregivers rotate through the day. The shared log prevents accidental double-dosing.
